Once uploaded, the dashboard performs an immediate Credit Check. If your credits are sufficient, the job is submitted. You are instantly free to close your browser and return to other tasks.

2. Step 2: The Dual CSV Output (Automated Risk Classification)

This is the core feature that turns raw data into actionable RTO prevention. You receive two highly optimized CSVs:

Output 1: Ready for Ship CSV

This file contains records classified by the system as ready for shipment based on the checks performed. It is still sensible to follow your normal dispatch controls: verification results cannot guarantee that every address is correct or that delivery will succeed. Review the output before importing it into your courier workflow.

Output 2: Manual Check CSV (Address Review Queue)

This is your priority action list. It includes every order that triggered a high-risk flag, such as:

PIN Code Correction was required.
The Address Quality Score was "Bad."
The raw address was too short to verify.

Use this list to investigate possible address issues and, where appropriate, confirm details with the customer before dispatch. Reviewing these records may help reduce avoidable delivery problems, but it cannot guarantee RTO prevention.

3. Step 3: Monitoring and Control

Job Status and Resumable Processing

Track the job status in real-time (Pending, In Progress, Completed). With Resumable Job Processing, you never worry about data loss; if interrupted, it resumes from the last completed row.
